This policy is for booking with Nikki at Sonder (all stylists have different policies)

*As a courtesy, please remember to call/text Nikki at (608) 577 - 8641 as soon as you know that you will be unable to make your appointment. If you miss an appointment or fail to give us a 48 hour notice, you will be required to pay a fee of 50% of your service total. An invoice will be sent to you via email and/or text message for late cancels and no shows. We respectfully ask that this be paid in full before you are allowed to reschedule your appointment.
